Картографическая коллекция российской государственной библиотеки

Приводятся этапы создания картографического фонда Российской государственной библиотеки, который в настоящее время насчитывает более 200 тысяч единиц. Дается описание информационно-библиографической деятельности отдела картографических изданий библиотеки. Рассматриваются перспективы дальнейшего развития картографического фонда, который вместе с отделом картографических изданий в 2009 г. планируется разместить в отреставрированном флигеле Дома Пашкова.

Stages of the Russian State library Cartographic fund creation are presented. This fund counts more than 200 thousand pieces. Information and bibliographic activity of the Library's department for cartographic editions is described. Prospects for the Cartographic fund development are considered. With due consideration to the plans this Fund together with the Department for cartographic editions will be accommodated at the restored wing of the Pashkov House.
