Восстановление границ земельных участков в Чешской Республике в процессе реституции

Приводится новый способ трансформации картографических материалов. Он разработан в Научно-исследовательском институте геодезии, топографии и картографии и предназначен для нанесения графических данных кадастровых карт прошлых лет на современные кадастровые карты. Кроме того, рассказывается история кадастрового учета земель и недвижимости на территории Чехии с 1785 г. по настоящее время. Описываются основные принципы, на которых основан закон о кадастре недвижимости, принятый в 1993 г.

A new technique of the cartographic material transformation is given. This technique has been developed at the Research Institute of Geodesy, Topography and Cartography, Zdiby, Czech Republic and intended for plotting the graphic data of the old cadastral maps on the contemporary cadastral maps. In addition the history of the cadastral records of the land and the real estate over the territory of the Czech Republic is given since 1785 to the present day. The main principles forming the basis of the law on the real estate cadastre passed in 1993 are described.
